Robert Patterson- Senior Systems Engineer, NetGain Technologies

Robert Patterson has been in working in the IT industry for 11 years. Before joining the team at NetGain Technologies as a Senior Systems Engineer, Robert worked for the largest multi-specialty healthcare practice in the region, where he provided IT datacenter support for nearly 600 doctors and 1,800 total end users. Now as a trusted advisor, he enjoys empowering his clients to focus on their primary mission and purpose by helping them manage their technology investments in a way that makes their lives more enjoyable. He's certified by VMware, EMC, Zerto, Microsoft, and CompTIA. (VCP5, EMCIE, EMCISA, EMCVSE, ZertoCP, MCSE 2012, MCITP 2008, MCSE 2003, Healthcare IT, Server+, Network+ and A+). When he's not working, he spends his time with his wife and daughter or airborne– since he’s an FAA certified flight instructor and commercial pilot.

Tucker Oldham- President of Sales, NetGain Technologies

Tucker Oldham is an IT and technology professional and expert, boasting over 16 years’ experience in the industry.  Tucker has been a performance leader within NetGain Technologies for over 8 years. As the President of Sales for NetGain’s Louisville office, he develops his team from his extensive technical and sales experience with working with vendor partners such as Microsoft, EMC, Barracuda, VMWare, just to name a few.

Mike Meyer, Solutions Engineer, Peak 10

Mike brings more than 10 years of IT experience to support the Peak 10 Sales and Operations teams in designing and coordinating solutions for Peak 10 partners and clients.  Mike works closely with partners and clients to ensure the proper design and execution of solutions to meet clients’ unique needs.  Mike holds several degrees from the University of Kentucky and Indiana Wesleyan University, as well as technical certifications in systems, networking, network security, and virtualization technologies. 

Shannon Snowden, Senior Technical Marketing Architect, Zerto

Shannon Snowden is a Senior Technical Marketing Architect at Zerto. As a part of the Marketing team, he helps develop and articulate the technical marketing message regarding Zerto’s solutions for internal and external groups including clients, prospects, industry analysts, and media. Shannon is a VMware vExpert and the owner of the virtualizationinformation.com blog site. He is a regular speaker at events, podcasts and webinars. Specialties include Disaster Recovery with virtualization.
